We are Ryan & Colette Cochrane, the founding team behind Perch. We are native Oregonians who began our journey in the Talent Recruitment and Managed Services industry fifteen years ago. We’ve had the pleasure of partnering with some of the best companies in the Portland metro area and across the nation. From small start up businesses looking to make their first important hire to global industry leading brands building out large teams, we’ve been apart of a wide variety of talent solutions.

We founded Perch in 2023 with the desire to offer personalized talent recruitment and managed services to our clients that prioritizes human connection. In an industry that has devolved into impersonal, one-size-fits-all solutions, our team is focused on creating real long term relationships with clients and providing customized talent services that are built specific to each client.
