  • How much does it cost?

    Our talent services are unique to each of our client partners and we take care to craft a solution that’s customized for each need. We understand cost is an important factor for all businesses. After an initial discussion, we will provide a proposed plan with pricing. All talent solutions are priced on a simple flat fee and based on the designated hiring level.

  • How long will the process take?

    If you are partnered with our team on a contingent talent search we aim for a 30 day hiring cycle, from job intake to candidate offer/acceptance.

  • What if I hire someone and they don't work out?

    We stand behind our work and results. Our goal is to ensure our client partners are beyond satisfied with our work. It’s also true, however, that in the people business things don’t always pan out. With that in mind, Perch offers a 60 day guarantee on all contingent talent hires. If your new hire doesn’t work out in the first two months, for whatever reason, we will re-hire your role at no cost.

  • Can I work with you and other firms too?

    Of course we would love to work exclusively with your team on a search but also understand you may wish to conduct an internal search and/or engage additional firms. The benefit of partnering with our boutique family firm is your search will always be our top priority.

  • Are there any other recruiting services you offer to that cost less?

    When conducting a talent search we believe screening depth and thoroughness are of the upmost importance to ensure we find the right. Our team are experts in full cycle recruitment and hiring. We also recognize that some clients may not need the full suite of services included in a contingent talent search. We are happy to offer a menu of customizable On-Demand Talent Services.

  • Why don't I just use Zip Recruiter or some other online tool?

    With industries quickly becoming saturated with various AI tools, algorithms, technical tools, big box firms, etc., we understand the appeal of these digital and one size fits all resources. What we have found to be irreplaceable, however, in the people business is: real, local, people. Ultimately Zip Recruiter and other big box firms have one thing in mind, the quickest way to your dollar. Our team isn’t just hoping to make you a quick hire and run. We take the time to build relationships with the candidates we hire and the clients we support alike.
