If you are partnered with our team on a contingent talent search we aim for a 30 day hiring cycle, from job intake to candidate offer/acceptance.

With that in mind, Perch offers a 60 day guarantee on all contingent talent hires. If your new hire doesn’t work out in the first two months, for whatever reason, we will re-hire your role at no cost.
